As a member of the Global Leadership Team, responsible for the post-acquisition merger of two similar-sized companies to become "one bitly" and globalize teams and workstreams. Key Leader of the now global EPD Department switching from two world market-leading products to build the "Connections Platform", a multi-product platform combining the three core products (and more to come) of bitly.
Responsible for the extensive growth and continuous operations of QRCG Pro, the world market leading QR solution which together with the link management solutions has more than 5 million active users and more than 10 billion clicks and scans every month.

Developed the software architecture of a universal framework for Ingenico terminals. Pioneered the development and management of the company’s mobile payment solution.

CTO/CFO
TRAILAR is the first and so far only successful venture founded of the DP DHL incubator "Start-Up Lab". The company provides an innovative solution to reduce fuel consumption and emissions for commercial vehicles using thin-film solar technology.
The solution can automatically adapt itself to the installed environment, reports the generated savings to the cloud and is able to be updated with new features over the air.
By the time of exit, the company secured funding of approx 3M€, opened 3 offices (2x UK, 1x DE) and sold over 1000 systems in the first months after product launch.

It specialised on problematic environments, where standard solutions were not an option and was a rather project-based venture without the intention to scale. As of today, the company holds some legacy operations and is home for PoCs if needed.

Responsible for building the secupay group, their products and software.
The company focussed on simple and secure online payments for small- and medium-sized online shops, loyalty systems fully integrated into the payment platform and using the own software framework for Ingenico terminals for POS-transactions and proprietary payment solutions for retail chains and corporate customers.
